Pricing is calculated based on home size (sq ft), property condition, and time required.
The final price may vary within the estimated range based on the San Antonio, TX market.

A minimum of 3 hours is required for Basic Cleaning and 4 hours for Deep Cleaning or Move-In/Move-Out.
If the service requires more time than estimated to ensure quality, additional time will be charged.
